The Healthcare Foundation partnered with Loaves and Fishes Contra Costa County (LFCC) to serve 388,996 hot and nutritious meals and provide 241 tons of fresh produce and non-perishables distributed through the food pantries.
LFCC now serves more than four times the meals per day as it did before the pandemic. LFCC is increasing its meal services through the mobile delivery program (see image), through other nonprofit partners, and by serving the high demand at its dining room locations.
