Senior Executive for Administration

The Sisters of St. Joseph of Orange, California is a Catholic congregation of women rooted in a spirit of unity, reconciliation, service, and love of the dear neighbor. Through their ministries, partnerships, and presence, the Sisters seek to respond to the needs of the world with faith, courage, compassion, and hope.

St. Joseph Center serves as a mission-centered hub that supports the Congregation’s ministries, operations, community life, and ongoing service. As the Congregation continues to reimagine its administrative structure for the future, the Sisters seek collaborative leaders who can help steward the mission, charism, people, resources, and ministries entrusted to their care.

Position Summary: The Sisters of St. Joseph of Orange, California seeks a Senior Executive for Administration for St. Joseph Center. This role serves as a collaborative executive leader responsible for the administrative, financial, and operational functions of St. Joseph Center and its ministries.

Working in close collaboration with Congregational Leadership and the Sisters of St. Joseph of Orange, the Senior Executive for Administration fosters strong relationships grounded in the charism of the Congregation. The position reports to a member of the Leadership Team.

Direct reports include Operations, Finance, Human Resources, Communications, Mission Advancement, and the Director of our small-scale residential care home (Regina Residence).

As part of a collaborative leadership model alongside the Senior Executive for Ministries, and Senior Executive for Charism Formation, the Senior Executive for Administration shares responsibility by ensuring that mission, ministry, and operations remain aligned and responsive to the evolving needs of the Congregation and its partners at St. Joseph Center.

Communications Multimedia Manager

Reporting to the Executive Director of Communications, the Communications Multimedia Manager supports the implementation of the Sisters of St. Joseph of Orange communications plans and strategies to advance the life, mission, and ministries of the Congregation.   The Multimedia Manager engages in the development and production management of digital, multimedia content, including but not limited to video, photography, and audio content that supports internal communication, brand-journalism (storytelling), and growth marketing strategies of the Sisters of St. Joseph of Orange and their ministries across a mix of media platforms. The Multimedia Manager interacts with the Communications team, Sisters of St. Joseph of Orange and St. Joseph Center staff, and a variety of people while engaged in projects and ongoing tasks.  They participate in events as appropriate and related to their role. They will be a collaborator with strong organization and communications skills in this multi-faceted role that supports an organization with multiple departments and ministries.

Associate Director

Reporting to the Director of Education, the Associate Director supports the mission and strategic priorities of the CSJ Educational Network by assisting in the development, implementation, and evaluation of network programs, partnerships, and services. This role works collaboratively with member schools, educators, administrators, diocesan partners, and other stakeholders to advance Catholic education rooted in the CSJ charism, Catholic social teaching, leadership formation, and service to the dear neighbor without distinction. The Associate Director helps strengthen relationships across the network, supports formation and professional learning opportunities, and contributes to innovative approaches that respond to the evolving needs of Catholic education throughout California.

Administrative Coordinator

The Administrative Coordinator provides comprehensive organizational, operational, and communication support to the CSJ Educational Network. This role ensures seamless planning and execution of events, retreats, meetings, and program initiatives while maintaining accurate records, coordinating communications, and supporting financial and administrative processes. This position reports to the Director of Education and works collaboratively with the Associate Director, CSJ Educational Network Staff and the St. Joseph Center Staff.

Liturgy Assistant

The Liturgy Assistant provides administrative and programmatic support to the Liturgy and Music Department at St. Joseph Center. This role assists with the preparation, coordination, and execution of liturgical celebrations and music ministry by managing calendars, preparing worship materials, coordinating volunteers, and supporting liturgical planning.

 

The Liturgy Assistant works collaboratively with the Director of Liturgy and Music, liturgical ministers, and other staff to ensure the smooth preparation of liturgical celebrations that reflect the mission and values of the Sisters of St. Joseph of Orange.

Team Lead, LVN, RN

Within the framework of the Operational Philosophy and Goals of the Special Care Unit, organizes the activities of the Nursing Team for the shift in such a manner as to achieve competent and safe nursing care while respecting the uniqueness of each resident.  The Team Leader is responsible for the performance of the nursing care team for the shift.
