Current Opportunities

Executive Assistant

Under the supervision of the Executive Director of Ministries, the Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative, operational, and coordination support to ensure the effective and efficient functioning of the Ministries Department. This role manages executive scheduling, departmental coordination, communications, financial tracking, and event planning while maintaining a high degree of confidentiality, discretion, and professionalism.

 

The Executive Assistant also supports the Director of Human Resources with employee events, onboarding logistics, filing, calendar management, and related administrative functions. This position requires strong organizational skills, sound judgment, fiscal awareness, and the ability to work independently while collaborating across departments, all in alignment with the mission and values of the Sisters of St. Joseph of Orange. Experience in a ministry or nonprofit setting and strong event planning skills are essential.

Receptionist

The Receptionist at Regina Residence plays a key role in managing front desk operations, assisting residents with administrative needs, and providing clerical support to the Administration Team, all within the framework of the Person-Centered Care Philosophy and the mission of the St. Joseph Center.

Team Lead, LVN, RN

Within the framework of the Operational Philosophy and Goals of the Special Care Unit, organizes the activities of the Nursing Team for the shift in such a manner as to achieve competent and safe nursing care while respecting the uniqueness of each resident.  The Team Leader is responsible for the performance of the nursing care team for the shift.​
