About the event
Drawing on rich experiences of ministry and facilitation among the Navajos (the Diné) over a four-year period, Kathy Schinhofen, D.Min., will offer stories and the lessons she received as she worked. She will reflect on geographical “place” and its effect on culture and spirituality. She will share her experiences of conversation, listening, and especially the role of silence as she experienced it among the Diné—the People.
About the Presenter:
Kathleen Schinhofen, M.Min., D.Min, is a life-long minister who has worked extensively in the local and larger Church in Catholic and ecumenical settings. She is a counselor, educator and facilitator. Currently, Kathy is Director of Pastoral Care at Regina Residence and ministers on behalf of the several Congregations who make Regina Residence their home.
