About the event
Ash Wednesday marks the beginning of a sacred season of personal reflection, repentance, and spiritual renewal in preparation for Easter. Start off your Lenten journey with a morning of prayer and spiritual grounding amid a community of others who also seek God’s companioning presence. Open your soul to the healing power of God, who sees with love, compassion, and mercy. Rediscover God’s gracious care for you and stir into flame your personal relationship with God who dwells within you.
This morning of retreat provides time for you to open your heart to God’s abiding love and desire for you through an insightful presentation, beautiful visuals, music, and reflective silence. This retreat experience will provide guided reflection on the theme, space for silence, sharing, blessing of Ashes, Mass and lunch of homemade soup and bread.
